This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped me with a hot drink during my first cold stay. I enjoy the 24-hour reception, free wi-fi, and the comfortable rooms. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!

Helpful staff, but major issues

We stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Queen Room. Staff were super nice and helpful, really tried to fix our complaints, but the housekeeping was a mess—room wasn't cleaned well at all. And the air con didn't work, so it was hot! At least the bar area had some decent options. Just wouldn't recommend for a comfy stay.

my stay at holiday inn was quite enjoyable! the rooms were clean and super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. breakfast was really good, especially the variety, although the eggs were sometimes a bit cold. the david lloyd health club was a great bonus, allowing us to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This was just a balanced option for a fleeting pause in Norwich, great for the money. The room was very clean with tea and coffee provided, which was a nice touch. Just check the dining options ahead of time, as they might not be fully stocked.

Had a seriously chilly experience due to ineffective temperature control in the room. even with the heating on for ages, it felt arctic, and instructions for operation were nonexistent. The lift was out of action, making lugging luggage up two flights a real bear, especially when arriving back at night. For anyone wanting a cozy spot to unwind, prepare for disappointment in the soulless reception area coupled with a lack of options for leisure or dining. Further irritation stems from unreliable TV remote controls and awkward lighting that only operates on a single switch—definitely not ideal for a low-light atmosphere.
